Q: How long will my order take to dispatch?

Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days. If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll let you know as soon as possible.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?

At launch, Ukiyo pieces are packed simply and carefully rather than heavily gift wrapped. The Evening Ritual Set is designed as a considered ritual pairing, but it does not include a gift box unless otherwise stated.

Q: Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes — our pieces are naturally giftable and thoughtfully made, with a calm, understated feel that works beautifully for gifting.

Q: Can I return the Still Lavender Eye Mask?

For hygiene reasons, we may not be able to accept returns on used ritual accessories unless faulty. If you have any concerns, please get in touch before ordering and we’ll be happy to help.
