We want ordering from Ukiyo to feel simple, clear and easy. Below you’ll find information on delivery, dispatch times and returns. If you have any questions at all, please get in touch — we’ll always do our best to help.

Delivery
Orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK orders are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives within 2–3 working days after dispatch.

Packaging

Every Ukiyo order is packed carefully and simply, with the same considered approach as the products themselves.

The Evening Ritual Set is designed as a ritual pairing rather than a traditional gift box, so it does not include special gift packaging unless otherwise stated.

Returns

If something isn’t quite right, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items should be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging where possible.

If your item arrives damaged or there is a problem with your order, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Return exclusions

For hygiene reasons, we don't accept returns on used ritual accessories including the Still lavender eye pillow, unless faulty.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo so we can sort it quickly.
